About the Role

Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote / Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Sales Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Student (Not Yet Graduated) A Snapshot of Your Day As a Working Student within the Sales team, you'll actively contribute to the entire proposal and bidding process, from initial strategy to final submission. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Plan, prepare, and finalize offers and proposals, ensuring thorough cost evaluation and analysis.
  • Gather and organize all necessary information to develop comprehensive and accurate offers.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of technical requirements within tender requests.
  • Coordinate project timelines and resource allocation to support efficient tendering and proposal processes.
  • Provide insights on technical and commercial aspects, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and Management to review and evaluate offer from suppliers, subcontractors and partners.
  • Support the Sales Manager throughout the proposal phase, contributing to contract negotiations and closing.
  • Take an active role in project implementation for designated tasks, ensuring smooth project roll-out.
  • Comply with all internal and external rules and regulations, including : Export Control Custom, RI rules, department-specific work instructions, provisions of the Integrated Management System manual and system and operational procedures (in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) as well as the provisions of Law 319 / 2006 on Occupational Health and Safety with subsequent amendments and completions, Law 307 / 2006 on fire protection with subsequent amendments and completions

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English, capable of engaging in technical and business-level conversations.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the energy / electrical field is a bonus.
  • Solid technical and commercial knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office apps and willingness to learn other.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Confident decision-maker who can work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
