Our client is Kingfisher, a British multinational home improvement company, headquartered in London. The organization is currently expanding the  Integration Engineering team and, as part of this initiative, we are currently seeking a skilled Software Engineer (Integration) to join our ranks.

In this role, you will play an integral part in our innovative tech hub, engaging with various aspects of technology. The position is a hybrid one, based in Cluj, requiring office presence two days per week.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more Integration platform capabilities
• Develop high-quality Integration capabilities in accordance with company standards
• Understand, contribute to, and advocate for Integration strategies within the organization
• Provide insights for improvements by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service metrics
• Actively engage with the Integration team to drive continuous improvements in Engineering area
• Be prepared to assist teams at short notice, collaborating to address technical issues or provide expertise and guidance.
• Stay up to date with best practice engineering tools and techniques
• Accomplish engineering and organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed
• Support and develop engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities to other members of the team
• Assist with covering additional roles within the team as required
