About the Role :

Join our team as HR Generalist at Ferrero ! In this role you will support our employees and all HR processes while fostering a positive work environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees, payroll providers, and other vendors, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compensation and benefits matters.

Main Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing all aspects of the employee life cycle , from onboarding to offboarding processes.

As part of your responsibilities, you will handle the full recruitment cycle , which includes aligning job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening CVs, and conducting both online and in-person interviews. Additionally, you will prepare job offers for new hires and ensure all working agreements are checked and launched smoothly.

You will coordinate the monthly payroll process , sending relevant files to our external provider while meticulously checking calculations and sending monthly statements to the Finance team. Your expertise will also be essential in administering benefits programs and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Supporting the performance evaluation process will be another key aspect of your role, as you assist with the preparation of annual salary reviews. You will also be responsible for organizing and deploying talent and training initiatives , working closely with the HR Business Partner.

Moreover, you will play a crucial role in implementing and communicating new projects and applications at the group level, providing support to employees as they navigate these tools.

Maintaining data accuracy in all HR systems is paramount, and you will ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. You will manage changes in SAP related to hiring, terminations, and salaries, while also overseeing workforce planning and preparing data for annual bonuses and benefits calculations.

Partnering with the HRBP, you’ll drive Talent and Training initiatives , turning strategy into meaningful development experiences.

Who we are looking for :

In this role, you bring over 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist, supporting employees and enhancing HR processes.

You have a solid understanding of compensation and benefits , enabling you to provide valuable guidance. Your talent management experience allows you to identify development needs and organize growth activities effectively.

With strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel , you ensure accuracy in all HR tasks. Your fluency in English and excellent communication skills help you build relationships across diverse teams.
