Responsibilities :

Acting as regular developer but will
Always be in touch with the solution architect to ensure the consistency of the technical solution
Helps the team to master and grow technical skills
Provides guidelines and expertise on technology implementation design
Pilot the diagnostic and the resolution of complex issues
Ensures technical best practices alignment between teams and promotes new ones
Validates the level of quality delivered is compliant to the quality objectives

Proficiency in

Java

Java-based-back-end applications

REST API Services

No-SQL Databases

JavaScript

Angular

SQL & Datamart on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) “Big Query”

FrameWork (akka https)

Familiar with :

Model View Controller (MVC) Design Patterns

Object Oriented Programming (OOP), development and practices

Soft skills :

Self-organized and motivated

Leadership – to manage junior / medium technology colleagues

Business sense – Good knowledge of industry perspective “Automotive”

Analytics skills – Interests in innovative technologies and desire to work on pioneering engagements

Methodological competences to work in AGILE and Test-Driven environment

Education and Languages :

Degree in computer sciences, electrical engineering or other relevant engineering faculties with touch to mathematics, informatics, science or technology with strong development focus

Fluent in English (verbal and written), French language skills are highly appreciated, any other language would be an added value

Working hours and locations :

The regular working hours at Crystal System are from 09 : 00 – 18 : 00 and include 1 hour of lunch break. The regular working place is the office of Crystal System in Bucharest, assignments to Client location in Pitesti or France might be possible and requires the ability to travel.The regular weekly working time is 40 hours per week but could be extended in case special events like exhibitions, conferences, business travels or project- / program related activities would make it necessary.

Reporting Line :

Disciplinary the Lead Developer will be reporting to his Regional Unit Manager in Bucharest.

Functionally the Lead Developer will be reporting to the assigned Solution Architect and Client Delivery Manager
