Job Description
We are seeking a experienced HR IT consultant to join our team and be responsible for shaping and managing the HR Master Data within OESL ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies in all HR IT operations. Your role will collaborate with other departments to integrate HR systems with finance, payroll, and other relevant business systems :
- Serve as a consultant expert for OESL HR processes across involved HR systems
- Support and consult on Lifecycle Processes for OESL employee master data, from Hire to Retire
- Participate in reorganization and integration projects, taking on sub-project tasks and reporting on status
- Work in technical project teams, often in virtual, global environments
- Collaborate with business partners to optimize and implement Core Master Data processes
- Manage relationships with HR business partners
- Lead improvement projects, support initiatives, and conduct training sessions
- Facilitate knowledge transfer for various projects, and T-System support integration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR IT applications.Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.Familiarity with HR software solutions (, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is an advantage.Experience in developing and managing SLAs and performance metrics.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Additional Information
