Our Client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is seeking a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented Marketplace Growth Manager to own and drive revenue, profitability, and growth across its Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify channels. This role is central to the commercial success of the companys e-commerce operations and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as PPC, Finance, and Brand Management.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Performance Management
- Track weekly revenue by channel (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify) and identify trends and anomalies.
- Monitor organic vs. PPC sales ratios at ASIN and total levels.
- Evaluate and report on keyword rankings (Top 10-20 per ASIN).
- Oversee pricing competitiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify profit margin risks and flag red ASINs where ad spend or pricing impact margins.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Deliver weekly commercial insight reports to the Head of Growth.Conduct monthly performance reviews including TACoS, ACoS, CVR, AOV, and contribution margins.Analyze P&L health : balancing revenue, PPC spend, promotional cost, and platform fees.Evaluate the performance of new product launches and promotional ROI.Strategic Planning & Optimization
Lead quarterly and yearly profitability reviews by product line and channel.Optimize strategic pricing for market competitiveness and profitability.Propose and execute data-backed margin improvements and growth strategies.Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and PPC tactics.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align weekly with the PPC Manager to ensure efficient spend and ranking performance.Coordinate monthly with Finance to align on profitability and ROI.Provide strategic input to content development with the Brand Manager to improve CVR.Contribute to the strategic roadmap with growth and defense initiatives.Ownership & Leadership
Own the full P&L across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.Lead sales forecasting, performance reporting, and post-promotion analysis.Drive YOY revenue and margin growth while supporting new product success metrics.Qualifications :
Proven experience managing Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify marketplace channels.Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI tracking, PnL management, and data reporting.Deep understanding of TACoS, ACoS, CVR, and other key e-commerce performance metrics.Strong knowledge of competitive pricing strategies, promotional planning, and product positioning.Experience working with PPC and cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Our benefits :
