Mission

• Contributes to feasibility studies and preliminary projects, with a focus on application architecture and component integration.
• Write technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Perform software development and unit testing.
• Coordinate deployments with QA, business teams, and other IT contributors.
• Supervise applications under your responsibility (incident monitoring, problem resolution, support and work requests).
• Facilitate coordination between contributing teams during deployments.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders regarding development or support issues.
• Provide functional support to end-users and ensure stable production environments.
• Identify improvement areas and track implementation.
