SAP MDG Consultant

Masentó SAP are currently seeking an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to join our client on a 6-month freelance contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale SAP transformation project, focusing on the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Master Data Governance processes.

Location : Hybrid (Barcelona) - can accept fully remote in certain circumstances

Contract Length : 6-12-months+

Start Date : ASAP

Languages : English & Spanish fluent

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP MDG modules.

Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to gather and validate requirements.

Develop data governance frameworks and workflows in line with best practices.

Conduct MDG-related testing, training, and go-live support.

Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency across systems.

Integrate MDG with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Requirements :

Proven experience with SAP MDG (minimum 6+ years).

Strong understanding of master data domains (Customer, Supplier, Material, Finance, etc.).

Hands-on experience in configuring data models, workflows, validations, and UI modelling.

Excellent knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA and data migration processes.

Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with both technical and business stakeholders.

Freelance availability and able to commit for the full 6-month duration.
