Key responsibilities
- On-boarding administration like contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements
- Creates and collects signatures for all related documents
- Maintain the relationship with all employees regarding HR Services administrator, such as : documents, signatures, status of employees and other internal procedure and internal regulations.
- Working closely with other department like Payroll, Finance, Staffing, Onboarding, C&B, Government Relations
- Benefits administration, Report analysis, Invoicing for benefits, Distribution of benefits
- Creates and reviews periodically the job descriptions for direct reports
- Participates in the recruitment and selection process for hiring staff.
- Sets development plans (technical & behavioral) for his own reports, ensures succession planning.
Key skills and qualifications
Student status as 3rd year Bachelor or Master’s enrolled in related fieldGood understanding of English in written and spoken is a mustKnowledge of Bulgarian will be a great assetGood analyzing skills,Communication skillsCustomer focus / orientationOur offer
