A Snapshot of Your Day :
We are looking for a highly experienced site manager with a strong background in power transformers, preferably following European standards. You will lead all aspects of the day-to-day processes of multiple crews, including field service workers, field service supervisors, and commissioning engineers.
How you will make an Impact :
- Lead and manage daily operations of several crews involved in installation and commissioning (I&C) activities.
- Ensure efficient communication and people management for daily, weekly, and task deliveries.
- Report I&C progress, correspondence, and status to project managers.
- Conduct review meetings with the management team.
- Handle I&C topics with customers and on-site stakeholders.
- Travel as needed to support I&C activities on a partial basis.
