Develop / supervise and check measurement programs for coordinate measurement equipment

Perform the measurements with classic measuring equipment( caliper , micrometer ,etc) and Coordinate Measuring Machines

• Report to his superior about out of tolerance measurements
• Monitors the load on each measurement equipments for maximum performance / balance them
• 3D measurements for new tools approval (cross check tool makers dimensions, main dimensions, %, capabilities), changed or modified tools validation
• Maintain records of measurement results
• QA reports (measurement reports, investigation reports)
• Work with drawings ; specifications ; work instructions ; standards
• Performs the product audits of equipment, personnel and floor and keeps records
• Assures technical support for the personal regarding the product audit, and the usage of measuring equipments
• Provides specialized technical support to implement new projects or implement changes required by the client
• Communicate and feedback any information which will enable the organization to improve itself
• Undertake job with positive attitude, dedication and enthusiasm
