Intern HR (Masters)-12 months

We have an opportunity for an Intern HR to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest Romania. In this role you’ll provide HRsupport and get involved in various projects that make a real impact to ourculture, employees, and businesses. You will have the support of anamazing HR team, that will teach, guide and coach you on HR processes andactivities. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR team on various HRtransactions related to the employee lifecycle.
• Support the HR team with data analyticsand deep dives into metrics.
• Contribute to and coordinate employeeengagement activities and projects, as well as the Inclusion and Diversity actionsin Bucharest
• Assist implementation & execution ofTraining & Development programs and of talent activities.
• Identify and participate in continuousimprovement activities.
