Responsibilities

  • Prospects the market to identify business opportunities
  • Follow opportunities from needs identification phase toclosing stage
  • Builds long term, meaningful customer relationships on thephone
  • Identify market and competitor activity, product and industrydevelopments and feedback this information to management and other relevantfunctions (. Marketing or Sales Development)
  • Account management activities; upsell & cross sell businessplanning and execution / develop new business with existing clients and / oridentify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Build deep relationships within territory channel communityand become a trusted advisor for Honeywell’s products and services
  • Act on the customer’s behalf as an advocate to assurecustomer has best possible experience when interacting with Honeywell
  • Actively pursues new opportunities to drive and enable businessgrowth while addressing new or existing customer needs
  • Collaborate effectively with others to ensure the customerneeds are fully met

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’sdegree (or equivalent experience)
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languagesrepresent a plus
  • Passionfor sales and strong determination to build a long-term career
  • Demonstrates a strong and reliable commitment to achieve results
  • Understanding of sales process
  • Understanding of customer’s business, needs and goals to identify potential new business & cross-selling
  • Client management skills, outstanding communication skills, needs investigation and negotiation ability, handling objections skills, presentation skills,telemarketing skills, capable of proactively promoting customer interest in the productsofferings.
  • Superb business level English & Romanian language (written & spoken).
  • Superb information capture, manipulation, and data management skills with the ability to produce timely and accurate management reports in a high pressure / short cycle management environment.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations across different industries
  • Understanding different types of products in Safety and Productivity Solutions portfolio is a plus
  • The candidate should have a very good level in Microsoft Office especiallyExcel & PowerPoint.
  • A proven working understanding of SFDC (or similar CRM & ERP systems) is desirable
  • Demonstrable understanding of multi-dimensional IT routes to market - via Channel, Distribution and Direct to end users.
  • Good problem-solving skills for scope of the role
