Your role :
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Bid Office Professional to drive and coordinate our bid preparation process. You will be responsible for orchestrating the offer process, ensuring the timely delivery of compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals. This role requires a combination of sound financial knowledge, project management skills, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive the entire bid process from offer preparation to contract creation.Analyze tenders documents and Request for Proposals to determine requirements and feasibility together with stakeholdersDevelop and maintain a structured bid plan, timeline, and resource allocation in alignment with the Sales teamOrganize bid kick-off meetings and coordinate contributions from stakeholders across departmentsCoordinate high-quality bid preparation that are tailored to customer needs and compliant with internal regulationsTrack and report bid progress, deadlines, and outcomesPerform risk analysis if applicableMaintain the database of proposals, templates, tender documentsContinuously support improving the bid process in alignment with zone Offer-to-Order organization and local country stakeholdersYour expertise and qualifications : :
At least 5 years of working experience including shown experience handling complex business relationships and working within cross-functional teams / processes to achieve goals.Knowledge of the Romanian public procurement processFinance project management skillsUniversity degree : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.Excellent communication skillsCollaborative team playerNative Romanian speaker, proficiency in English and German is a plusExperience with Microsoft Office applicationsInterest in working with international, multicultural teamsExperience with Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with CRM systems is an advantageWho we are :
