By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09 : 00-18 : 00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest / Brasov.

How you’ll make an impact :

Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes or leave of absence;

Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;

Answer questions from employees related to HR requests via chat, e mail or phone;

Collect, verify, organize or update company personnel records and documentation;

Provide input for payroll;

Create HR documents such as reference letters;

Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes;

Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed.

Skills that make your work successful :

You have B2 German & English language skills;

Bachelor’s degree / High school degree

Nice to have : Customer support experience preferably

You communicate easily;

You are a team-player;

You can solve urgent matters;

You are reliable and proactive.
