Lead Full Stack Engineer

At this time we seek a skilled Engineering Manager to lead and manage our portal development team located in Bucharest, Romania. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role will primarily involve managing two senior / lead engineers locally and driving the development of our web applications using modern technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and leadership skills to guide our dynamic team and support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of senior / lead engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web applications.
• Collaborate with the development team as well as cross-functional teams including product management, design, and operations to define technical requirements and project scope.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and continuous integration using CI / CD pipelines.
• Foster a collaborative team environment with open communication channels.
• Ensure technical excellence through code reviews, establishing coding standards, and promoting a culture of innovation and learning.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
• Guide technical decisions involving Java, ReactJS, NodeJS, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
• Leverage telecom background to enhance our product offerings and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Utilize Generative AI (Gen-AI) to improve development workflow and efficiency.
