Frontend Technical Lead with Angular

Job Description

You will be part of a strategic initiative focused on building a configurable tool for managing risk model versions (PD, LGD, RWA), in line with strict regulatory standards. Developed using Angular and integrated into a broader banking ecosystem, the solution supports simulation, testing, and production workflows while ensuring full compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Lead technical delivery : Drive the front-end development using Angular and TypeScript, provide technical direction ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance alignment, code reviews, and mentorship
• Shape architecture : Contribute to technical design and ensure adherence to architectural and regulatory requirements, stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and advocate for their appropriate adoption
• Collaborate across roles : Act as a bridge between the technical team and the client, working closely with product owners and stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and proposing realistic delivery roadmaps and timelines
• Ensure delivery excellence : Maintain version control, support secure deployments, and guide teams through development and release cycles
• Mentor and support : Provide guidance to developers, support onboarding, and contribute to team growth and technical consistency
