• Monitoring compliance with the Quality Assurance Plan presented by the Contractor and Law no. 10 / ;
• Preparation of the database with test results and recording of quality data. as part of the Contract Management System;
• Coordinating the experts hired to carry out the activities involving quality control (laboratory technicians, field inspectors, etc.);
• Exercises on behalf of the Authority a systematic and demanding control over the quality of construction works;
