We are looking for HRBP to join our people team, be the partner for the GM Romania site and reporting to VP People and Talent, HQ.
What will you do?
- People and Talent : Responsibility for managing the employee life cycle, retain and attract new talents, monitoring and leading key talents plans and people engagement
- Business Partner : Consulting for managers at different levels in change processes, managerial dilemmas and organizational complexities to meet business goals and help maximize inherent potential
- Hiring process : Expertly managing the full lifecycle of hiring process for your positions (source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, build and get full approval for job offers, negotiate with candidates)
- Innovation and Culture ; Takes the initiative to develop solutions to changing circumstances, heads off problems, and seeks innovative ways to increase sustainable impact. Can translate organizational hurdles to change programs and implement improvements in a structured manner
- Implement Global HR Processes ; Implement people processes (performance, learning, development, C&B), participate in cross-functional initiatives through collaboration with Global HR Team and take an active role in improving processes
Job Requirements
Master's degree preferable in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field3-5 years of experience as HRBP for in global technology organizationsTA experience in Tech industry (roles such as : R&D ,Professional Services, Customer SupportAnalytical and problem-solving skillsProject Management, Risk Management, Change ManagementEnglish is a mustExcellent communication skills, Building Relationships, Self-DevelopmentAbility to multitask and prioritize the demands of multiple clients
