Windows Engineer with French

Job description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows Engineer to join a Windows / Storage infrastructure team within the banking sector.Key Responsibilities : Design, deploy, and maintain Windows servers environments in a high-availability, regulated environment.Manage and optimize Windows servers configurations for critical services and applications.Support and administer backup and storage solutions, Net Backup (Veritas) (not mandatory)Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.Ensure systems comply with industry security standards and internal audit requirements.Collaborate with development, network, and storage teams to ensure seamless integration and support.Document systems, procedures, and policies to support knowledge sharing and regulatory compliance.Participate in on-call rotation, provide support during incidents, and change WindowsRequirements : 10+ years of experience as a Windows system administrator / engineer, with deep knowledge of Windows Server (versions , , , )Strong understanding of system architecture, administration Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix).Solid understanding of storage systems, SAN / NAS concepts, and enterprise backup strategies would be a plus.Good understanding of ITIL practices and experience working in regulated environments (banking / finance preferred).Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.Team player in an international teamFluent in English and FrenchActive Directory, GPO, Quest Products, SCCM, Windows Clusters, NFS, NAS / SAN
