Descrierea postuluiHandle needed formalities and ensure compliance with specific local legal requirements for Draft and / or review legal documentation (powers of attorney, M&A or transfer agreements, Cooperate with Intellectual Property offices, law firms and notaries worldwide; Follow-up on commitments and meet strict legal deadlines; Perform specific administrative tasks, including reporting, docketing the matters in our database Develop strong relationships and cooperate with clients and partner law firms worldwide; Communicate effectively in English, mostly by e-mail; Constantly expand knowledge and expertise in Intellectual Property laws and regulations.
We are recruiting for one of our clients a legal specialist in the Intellectual Property department, this position is 90% remote.
Your tasks
- Contribute to protecting intellectual property rights (IPRs) of international clients in multiple
jurisdictions by performing legal tasks concerning their IP portfolios;
registration and prosecution of IPRs related procedures;
companies’ commercial register extracts, IPRs Register extracts etc.);
and issuing invoices;
