The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading IP and SoC development, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. In this leadership role, you will drive end-to-end development projects, influence architectural decisions, and foster excellence to ensure the quality and competitiveness of our memory products.
In your new role you will :
- Lead SoC and IP development projects from feasibility through tape-out and post-silicon support, in close collaboration with project managers
- Own and drive architectural decisions , especially those related to chip floorplanning and memory integration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams , including Analog, Layout, Digital Design, Verification, Firmware, and CIC
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation to enhance product quality and market position
- Interface with internal and external partners for design automation tools , PDKs , IP provisioning , and more
- Work with cross-functional and management teams across the memory and other business lines

You constantly reflect and question the team assumptions and analyze issues from different perspectives to enable your decision-making processes. You are best equipped for this task if you have :
A degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plusMinimum of 5 years in a line management roleAt least 5 years of experience in digital or Analog design ; memory design experience is a strong plusFamiliarity with RTL to GDSII flow and timing signoff methodologies is an advantageStrong communication skills with a proven track record in risk and stakeholder managementDemonstrated leadership capabilities in coaching, mentoring, and directing teams, including management of lower-level managersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in navigating complex technical challenges involving cross-domain expertsProactivity in aligning teams around technical problem statements and skilled in driving high-pressure decisions effectivelyFluency in English , both written and spokenPlease send us your CV in English.
