Manager Data management / Project Pricing

Your tasks

• Provide project pricing support to sales companies globally.
• Support, create trainings and train sales company personnel on project pricing, SAP complaint handling, and GF processes in standard cases.
• Assist in other GSS teams in creating reports and presentation on Freshdesk, complaint handling and technical presentations.
• Creates global reports for , GEM reports for complaints, Management report, Quality rounds for PM, MSQI, BU meetings, CAD, Reach and sustainability.
• Support technical teams and PM to create and release business unit info uploads.
• Ability to pick-up tasks, find a solution supported, negotiate relevant shareholders, and execute results assisted.
• Capability to support other GSS teams in data preparation in SAP, Excel and PowerBI.
• Ability to travel and support sales companies in normal cases and topics independently and with assisted in complex topics.
• Able to present and create reports / presentations in GFPS internal and external meetings.
• Maintenance of GSS intranet page, process documentation and Freshdesk.
