Service provider to public and private sectors

Reporting to the corporate management, the General Manager will ensure strong leadership of Country facilities in Romania , leading a team of around 90 people, building team spirit, cohesion, motivation, commitment, quality performance and fulfilment across all functions.

Main Responsibilities and Duties :

• Full responsibility for the local organisation
• Developing and defining the company strategy together with the Corporate Management and executing it accordingly, keeping a high level of engagement within the management team
• Develop the local market, including sales development of additional / new services.
• P&L responsibility, reporting company figures, forecasting and budgeting, monitoring of contribution margin, staff planning.
• Supporting the Sales Manager in developing new business with current customers, and establishing relationships with new ones, both in public (local and national) and private sectors.
• Dealing with local authorities for obtaining licences and permissions.
