Your Responsibilities
- Coordination of all work in the E&I department
- Overview of all department projects and ensuring deadlines
- Participation in all meetings (internal / external)
- Working on interesting projects for industrial plants
- Preparation of project documents (data sheets, specifications, diagrams, lists, calculations,….)
- Supporting the project engineer in the preparation of quantity surveys and tender documents
- Participation to HAZID / HAZOP sessions
- Carrying out surveys, troubleshooting or acceptances on the construction site
- On-site inspections and solution finding during the planning- and execution phase
- Performing procurement tasks during tendering process for equipment vendors (bid analyses, clarifications, meetings…)
- Providing inputs for quotations (Scope of work, man-hours estimations,….)
