Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and an energized Junior Sales Development Executive to join our SMB team in Romania. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for clients by supporting both the delivery process and sales operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients, sales teams, and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Own the end-to-end sales development process (pre / post sales)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or complaints with a customer-first mindset.
- Analyze and interpret sales data + NielsenIQ portfolio data
- Deliver final reports and presentations (category analysis) building a story and recommendations
- Assist the sales team with quote preparation, and client follow-ups.
- Contact leads to set up appointments for senior members of the sales team
- Make outbound calls / emails and call on marketing-generated inbound leads
- Support invoicing and billing processes in collaboration with the finance team.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Preferably 1-2 years of experience and proven sales results (Preferably in Market Research / Sales / Marketing / Trade Marketing) - Related industries include : Consumer Packaged Goods, Consultative Sales, B2BNative Romanian + good client service skills and ability to communicate and write effectively in EnglishThe ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, passionate, and aggressive in their pursuit of excellenceProven experience in customer service or sales supportStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoints (, MSD)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWE OFFER :
