We are now looking for a Junior Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cluj-Napoca!

As a Junior Application Engineer for Thermal products, you will support the Sales team by providing pre-sales technical expertise and helping to develop proposals, quotes, and tenders. The role involves creating technically sound and cost-effective solutions, especially when standard products don’t fully meet customer requirements, ensuring our thermal offerings are both competitive and aligned with client needs.

What will you be doing in our team?

• Review RFQs and support product selection based on customer needs
• Provide technical support to Sales and Pre-Sales teams
• Design and configure custom (ETO) solutions when standard products don't fit
• Ensure compliance with certifications and coordinate with engineering teams
• Prepare technical documents and support project and manufacturing teams
• Present solutions to Sales and assist with customer communication
• Deliver product training and create technical presentations
• Monitor market trends and support product improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and trade regulations
