Infra Services & Integrations Manager

Bucharest, RomaniaOLX – Engineering / Full-time / HybridAs our Infrastructure Services & Integrations Manager you will drive OLX's global IT infrastructure and shared services across 8 markets. The BIT Infrastructure team’s mission is managing business-critical applications at scale. We are supporting internal tools that everybody at OLX is using. This puts our team at the very centre of a truly international organisation.The role will be based in Romania. You will report to the Head of BIT Infrastructure and manage a team of 7 people.

Responsibilities

Communicate to the stakeholders, understand the business context, and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable technical implementation;
Leading a team of skilled professionals who maintain high-performing services;
Monitor, control, and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed;
Guarantee the reliability and security of our services;
Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems;
Identify security risks and work on resolving them, adhering to company SLAs;
Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the Enterprise Services in OLX;
Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner;
Maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors;
Build and lead the strategy and vision for the team;
Work on building and improving system integration using Boomi IPaaS across OLX’s IT landscape;
Manage business expectations and ensure stakeholders’ satisfaction;
Be customer-centric and organise customer feedback.

Who we’re looking for :

At least 5 years of management experience in the IT environment;

Highly analytical, self-motivated, and you’ll bring loads of curiosity and a hunger to learnResult-driven, proactive and determined;

Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments;

Experience with administrating two off Okta, Google Workspace or Atlassian;

Experience with Slack administration would be nice to have;

Strong understanding of SaaS best practices and experience implementing new standards and processes in cloud environment;

Experience with working with APIs using Python or other scripting language;

Degree in Computer ScienceStrong project management skills;

Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions;

Fluent in both written and spoken English.
