About this Position
As a Key Account Manager Trainee , you will support the Key Account Management team in daily operations and customer-related tasks. This role offers you the opportunity to develop essential skills in sales, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading FMCG company.
What you´ll do
- Ensures support to Key Account Management / Sales department of Henkel Consumer Brands Division on aspects regarding customers and internal department policy
- Gather, summarize and analyze market & customer information
- Maintain internal files / documents in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist sales team in daily tasks
- Participate in relevant internal meetings & keep minutes when required
- Keep close communication with other relevant departments (marketing, costumer service, finance, logistics)
