Could you be the full-time  Field Project Quality Engineer in Cluj we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Claudiu, our D&IS Site Quality Manager, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Project Quality & Safety Manager (PrQSM) and the Project Team to ensure the project quality assurance and control plan on the installation site is effectively implemented. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (installation, construction, and subcontractors), guide sub-system installation teams in quality and safety practices, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of ensuring quality processes are established and followed, but also lead continuous improvement initiatives and perform quality inspections.

We’ll look to you for :

  • Supervising subsystem installation subcontractors and participating in the control of critical points
  • Managing interfaces with customer representatives for your scope
  • Establishing and updating Quality Installation Control Plans and relevant QC forms
  • Ensuring proper application of quality documents, traceability, and records
  • Leading quality awareness and training for installation teams
  • Driving continuous improvement through problem-solving activities
  • Performing or delegating site quality inspections and managing non-conformance reports (NCRs)
  • Supporting project audits and ensuring customer approval and compliance
