Descrierea postuluiMore than 3 years of experience in accounting / controlling or as an auditor in one of the leading audit firms Previous consolidation and IFRS knowledge Excellent communication skills, an analytical mind with a proactive personality Ability to work in a team in a fast-moving environment Detail oriented, self-motivated and organized with good understanding of financial and operational processes and controls MS Office knowledge (especially Excel) English fluently, German is recommended

YOUR TASKS
- Play an active role in developing the global reporting processes
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually (pre-) consolidated financial statements for the Hella Group (IFRS)
- Support during the monthly closing activities for both companies and group
- To make permanent verification of correct world-wide application of IFRS
- To offer support the group’s planning and forecasting process, to analyze deviations, comment meaningfully and straightforward
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to achieve, maintain and strengthen global standardization and internal controls within the Group
- To participate in the documentation of the reports and the creation of end-user manuals
