Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach (according to company allocation / segmentation) within the assigned geographical region : Alba, Mures, Harghita, Sibiu, Brasov, Covasna
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager in the NV area and Regional Strategic Manager.
  • Track sales metriscs and report on performance to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

Knowledge and Skills :

  • You have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales field, preferably in tech or delivery industry / financial / banking / telecommunication services / insurance / HR / Health.
  • Higher education graduates.
  • The ability to successfully hunt for sales is an essential skill. Being able to recognize the potential opportunities, effectively communicate your pitch and close the deal are the key elements of a successful sales hunter.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Excellent networking and relationship building
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive products is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office and Sales Force, digital skills
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Clean driving license
  • Availability to travel minimum 50% of the time
  • Required languages : Romanian & English

    Location : Mures / Sibiu / Brasov / Covasna

    Specific working conditions : Full-time job. Monday to Friday.

    Travel time required  : minimum 50% of the time.

After the first screening interview where we both see if we are a match, we will have our first official interview via video-call led by our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist. If that’s a success on both sides then we’ll schedule a series of interactions with National Growth Manager, Sales Director and the HR Transformation Director & General Manager Edenred Romania & Benefit. If all is good at this point, we’ll do a quick reference check from two sources you provide and then, you will be presented with the offer and be welcomed to the team.
