A Snapshot of Your Day
The Order Management team integrated into this business unit is responsible for the execution of all orders associated with these products. Responsible for the profit and loss account of the order / project.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Once an order is received, clarifications with the Sales area regarding the technical and commercial requirements requested by the customer.
- Exchange of information between factories and customers to obtain the necessary engineering approval before manufacturing the equipment.
- Issuance of purchase orders to factories and / or suppliers based on the supply scopes.
- Follow-up with factories and / or suppliers on manufacturing orders (supply deadlines).
- Coordination with factories, suppliers, and customers for the supply of equipment on-site and the start of assembly work, where the supply scope requires it.
- Periodic reports to the immediate supervisor on the management of orders / projects.
- Responsible for meeting the order / project schedule and for the level of customer satisfaction.
What you bring
Technical knowledge of high voltage products : AIS, TR, and GIS is preferableEducation on engineering or proven experience in a related fieldAbility (oral and written) to speak Portuguese with Portuguese customers and English with the different SIEMENS ENERGY factories.Management and planning skills to deal with factories, customers, and suppliers
