Your compensation during this opportunity will be 10 015 RON gross per month.

Department / Duration :  Our  Sales Managerial Development Program  provides an opportunity to join our best-in-class Sales organization for 12 months.

Job Opportunity :  During the program, we strive to provide you with on-the-job training, with the possibility of joining the company on a permanent basis in a managerial position upon completion.

Our role is open in multiple cities!

Here’s What You’ll Do :

• Design & Deploy :  Help create go-to-market plans that drive growth while being financially savvy.
• Category Management :  Get involved in securing shelf space and developing promotion plans.
• Promotional Strategy :  Play a key role in our promotional planning to execute effectively.
• Develop Strong Partnerships :  Work with diverse teams and build relationships across brand management, finance, and supply chain.

Job Qualifications
