Responsibilities :
- Prepares, updates, and delivers the monthly soft-skills training programs which contribute to the achievement of the organization's objectives;
- Prepares and delivers personalized soft-skills learning programs based on requests;
- Makes sure that the training program is deployed in an atmosphere that is favorable to the learning and the development process;
- Offers equal expression chances to all the trainees, always considering the importance of their development;
- Offers constructive feedback and helps each participant to find new development ways for the future;
- Organizes and tracks accurately the participation in the training sessions.
Job Requirements Required Professional Competences :
Excellent communication skills both in Romanian and English;Previous experience in a similar position of 2-3 years;Oral and Written Communications skills : communicates appropriately, uses clear and concise terms, is persuasive, guiding, and assertive to others; gains acceptance, advises, is structured and gives accurate and logical information in written reports;Presentation Skills : delivers messages during training seasons in a pleasant yet engaging way, combining different presenting techniques;Creativity and Innovation : questions habits and current methods and adapts them or generates imaginative, innovative, and new ideas;Customer sensitivity : focus on delivering creative solutions that meet customers' needs and understands how to create added value.Problem-solving : Compares and relates data from different sources and identifies key issues and trends with a view to resolving customer problems.; questions in a persevering manner to discover underlying issues until the failure or problem is clear.Required Technical skills :
