For one of our clients – a global tech solutions firm specializing in software development andend-to-end digital transformation for industry leaders – Live Support Specialist withTurkish and English. Responsibilities :

• Interact with customers live on camera in real time, providing support and guidance in a professional manner;
• Deliver clear and confident on-screen communication to answer user questions and assist with common issues;
• Participate in recorded video sessions for quality assurance, training, or customer engagement;
• Represent the company’s values and tone in all live interactions;
• Follow scripts or structured guidelines where applicable, while remaining natural and personable;
• Collaborate with team leads and trainers to continuously improve performance on camera. Qualifications :
• Excellent level in Turkish and good English skills;
• Comfortable speaking live on camera and being recorded regularly during work sessions;
• Confident, well-presented, and able to maintain a professional appearance on-screen;
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. support, hospitality, front desk) is a plus;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a live audience;
• Able to work in a structured, performance-monitored environment. Our client offers :
