Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Roles and Responsibilities : Analyze signals of data leakage and perform response actions where necessaryCoordinate large scale incident response with business units across the organization where necessaryTransform data into insights, to identify and quantify opportunities to reduce instances of data leakageDevelop and provide reporting to management that highlights trends in data leakage across teams, business units, and the associated risksSupport the Data Security product teams in the development of new tools and detection techniques for use in data leakages detection / preventionProvide training and support to relevant stakeholdersRaise awareness across the business regarding sensitive data leakage and the responsibilities of all employees to report instances of data leakageContribute or lead other projects which reduce data leakage while maintaining focus on a positive customer and employee experienceSkills / CompetenciesExperience in an operational role in Security / FraudUnderstanding of concepts around privacy and risk managementExperience responding to incidents from start to finish is a mustAbility to create, modify and execute SQL and Hadoop database queries to retrieve and analyze large data setsExcellent stakeholder management experienceHighly motivated and results-focused individual with solid business understandingSelf-starter, able to work independently, enjoys creating and implementing new initiativesAbility to prioritize incoming escalations and requests appropriately using established impact frameworksCapacity to adapt to our fast-paced environment while instantly providing effective outputGreat communication, questioning, and problem-solving skillsHands-on mentalityFluent in English, writing, and speaking.Preferred Desirable : CISSP or Security+ or any other cyber security certification, but not mandatory.
