YOUR MISSION :

  • You are the first point of contact (1st level support) for our customers and ensure that our support hotline is available by telephone. You will answer basic customer enquiries about :
  • Configuration and operation of our monitoring portal for energy generation systems
  • Commissioning and parameterisation of our data loggers / park controllers
  • Other issues relating to products sold by meteocontrol
  • You will support our customers both by telephone and in writing via email using our customer service system.
  • You record customer processes that cannot be solved directly via our customer service system and forward them to our 2nd level support.
  • You carry out error analyses and work out solutions in cooperation with the development department.
  • You will be responsible for providing technical advice to interested parties and technical support to the sales department for the preparation of quotations
  • In the event of delays or problems, you will ensure that our customers are informed in good time.
