EMEA Presales Solution Manager

Job Description

Part of Stefanini's Digital Solutions Center, the EMEA Presales Solution Manager , will be involved throughout pre-sales cycles (i.e., RFIs, RFPs) but also in business development activities (i.e., Workshops, PoCs, Projects), working together with pre-sales, sales, delivery, and SME teams to understand our prospect or customer needs, challenges, and strategies to design, propose and deliver a comprehensive tailored solution.

We are looking for a Solution Director / Manager with a track record of leading the development and the articulation of business, organizational and service solutions translated into meaningful value proposition and competitive differentiators. This individual will be leading a team of solution architects typically in the context of multi-tower outsourcing opportunities of 20 Million and above. A solid understanding of Employee Experienced focused Digital Workplace services, Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure managed services and Application Development & Management services, including cross-functions (governance, cybersecurity, …) is required. This role will require significant customer interactions (customer facing skills, pitch to win, …).

Main Job Mission :

  • Develop Integrated Solution Strategy : Create cohesive and comprehensive solution visions for multi-tower opportunities that align with the Win Strategy defined by the Deal Maker / Opportunity Lead / Sales Lead.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, particularly in AI and digital transformations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Facilitate collaboration among presales, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Solution Strategy with the Win Strategy.
  • Customer Engagement : Early Engagement with Sales and our potential Clients for consultative selling & prospections. Act as a trusted advisor in customer interactions by presenting strategic insights and value propositions tailored to specific business needs.
  • Solution Presentation Preparation : Prepare and support presentations of the proposed solutions during the bid defense, ensuring technical and strategic alignment.
  • Winning Strategy Support : Collaborate with Deal Lead in building winning strategies that differentiate the company's solution in the market.
  • Commercial Acumen :  Assess the financial viability of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with the company's commercial objectives and the Price-to-Win defined by the Deal Maker / Opportunity Lead / Sales Lead.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a presales, Solution Management, or consulting role with a strong team (solution architects) leadership.
  • Experience in building and running multi-tower Transformation programs.
  • Familiar with
  • Familiarity with Digital Workplace, Infra and Cloud technologies & strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • English proficiency both written and verbal.
  • Ability to create compelling solution stories, proposals, and consolidated (multiple services) cost models.
  • Excellent at communicating the value proposal and the differentiators to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mind with evaluative and problem-solving abilities, able to define winning solutions aligned with both the client's business problems and the Deal Maker's Win Strategy.
  • Able to effectively undertake challenges and have experience in leading a project and teams in a complex environment.
  • Able to articulate and present business cases, strategies and solutions to Clients and Internal Stakeholders.
  • Stress-resilient and able to cope with quick demand and priority changes.
  • Experience working in a multi-national organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness.
