Your Tasks

  • Providing guidance to global clients in the context of complex SAP CX, S / 4 HANA Customer Management, or SAP CRM projects
  • Develop technical concepts and strategies, including seamless system integration solutions
  • Customize and optimize customer, sales, service and marketing processes across various platforms such as SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Marketing, S / 4 HANA Customer Management, and SAP CRM
  • Offering expertise in process and data migration strategies and executing migration activities from SAP CRM to SAP CX or SAP S / 4HANA, ensuring process and data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
  • Assist in acquisition activities and contribute to the development of key project topics.

Your Profile

  • You graduated from university in one of the following areas : informatics, information technology, business informatics, or something similar
  • You have more than 5 years of experience as a consultant in complex business and IT projects in the area of SAP CRM or SAP CX (SAP C4C, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • You enjoy analytical-conceptual questions about SAP CRM or SAP CX technologies
  • You are familiar with SAP CRM development, SAP CPI, S4 / HANA Service, and other SAP CX products (CPQ, CDC, CDP, Emarsys, FSM)
  • You have strong communication skills with a practical approach and a professional, winning demeanor
  • You speak business fluent English and German
  • You enjoy occasional travel to our customers
