Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will design and lead SAP solutions transformation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP environments.  Job Responsibilities

  • Define and drive a current and future state architectural BASIS roadmap that ensures that all initiatives are aligned with the goals of the business and projects are completed with the highest level of quality;
  • Develop and deliver agile and cost-effective hosting solutions. Implement scalable, high performance hosting solutions that meet the need of today's corporate and digital applications using both private and public cloud technologies;
  • Supports the technical implementation of the SAP system landscape as it evolves (i.e., development, test, staging and production) with I-depth knowledge in the SAP technical areas;
  • Design, implement, monitor and optimize SAP landscapes and dependent technologies. Monitors and tunes system performance and workload;
  • Manage and perform system refreshes; participates in the scheduling of refreshes as requested;
  • Identifies needed system corrections and enhancements and recommends changes. Applies advanced system management principles, concepts and techniques;
  • Support & lead SAP HANA and S / 4HANA migrations for SAP systems from ECC and other ERP solutions;
  • Support system migration readiness assessment efforts;
  • Evaluate version and module compatibility to inform upgrade approach. Recommend upgrade approach and options and aligned with support or operation team;
  • Act as a subject matter expert for other team members and provide expertise in technical and process discussions.

Job Requirements Professional skills and required qualifications

  • 8+ years in SAP Basis Administration or consulting role;
  • Proven track record in delivering tactical programs and projects successfully to completion (in line with defined scope, time, budget and benefits);
  • Strong understanding of marketplace and demonstrated ability for selection and implementation of IT SAP products, processes and best practices;
  • Expert in SAP system sizing, landscape architecture, design, and setup;
  • Strong hands-on design implementation and support experience working with latest releases for SAP ECC, CRM BI, HANA and BW, Solution Manager with SQL server on Windows clustered environment;
  • Strong knowledge of multi system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies (Global focus desired), in the areas of build and support for ECC, CRM, PI, EP, BW and HANA;
  • Knowledgeable on multiple DB technologies especially in the context of migrations;
  • Strong working knowledge of Instance Types, Storage, OS, Network, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability approaches in the context of running SAP;
  • Able to independently manage multiple priorities and demands;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication English skills;
  • Knowledge on Basis over Signavo, DataSphere.
