Responsibilities & Tasks

Main Roles are Agreeing customer specifications / quality data evaluation & development of test concepts

Plan and execute AMANN QDA testing processes
Ensure compliance with customer specifications
Analyze quality data to improve testing and inspections
Collaborate with customers to define testing requirements
Act as a link between customers and internal teams
Identify and report trends or issues in product quality
Prepare reports with findings and recommendations
Develop and update test / inspection plans in QDA
Provide testing details to relevant teams
Create and improve testing strategies for product reliability
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate testing
Be available for periodic business trips
Complete a one-month training program in Germany

Qualifications & Experience

Several years of experience in the industry, preferably in the textile sector

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong knowledge of test planning, quality assurance, and APQP (preferred). Technical & Personal Skills

Excellent analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex data sets

Very good statistical knowledge

Proficiency in data analysis and test planning software (QDA, Minitab)

Good English skills for communication with international teams

Strong communication skills for working with customers and internal teams

Team-oriented with good organizational skills
