For us, impact isn't a perk. It's the driver of our work.

We are guided and rewarded by a shared desire to make the world a better place, one innovative solution at a time. Our colleagues make it their job to do impactful things and they love doing it in good company. Do you?

The mission

This position is located within the ING Global ORM Center (IGOC), part of the ING Non-Financial Risk & Compliance HUB, in Romania.

IGOC mission is to provide professional non-financial risk (NFR) management services towards ING entities globally.

The team of NFR professionals is working with a variety of internal stakeholders, in a multi-cultural environment, that provides the opportunity of gaining oversight on the non-financial risk practice, as well as the opportunity to further support the enhancement of the global control framework.

As part the CoE Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Risk your role is pivotal for our success. You will be part not only of IGOC but also part of the Execution, Delivery and Process Management (ED&PM) team within the global Non-Financial Risk function of ING, which is globally responsible for Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Risk.
