What You’ll D

You will join the Business Suite – SAP SaaS ERP (GROW Journey) Delivery Team in MEE, where you’ll play a key role in shaping an exceptional customer onboarding experience. Our Onboarding Advisors support customers from contract signature through to initial value realization or successful go-live. This involves delivering guided journeys in close collaboration with account teams to ensure customers gain access, engage with enablement resources, prepare for project start, and minimize risks throughout the onboarding process and broader value lifecycle

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist Advisor / Associate Consultant (f / m / d) for SAP SaaS ERP / GROW, your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts with moderate complexity, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and adoption processes aligned to their goals.
  • Designing and delivering one-to-many onboarding engagements focused on activation and early success for specific customer segments.
  • Supporting customers with initial setup and orientation, identifying and resolving early-stage blockers that may hinder adoption.
  • Introducing key resources, setting onboarding expectations, and tailoring interactions to the customer's unique needs.
  • Co-developing customer-facing best practice materials in collaboration with stakeholders across SAP.
  • Advising on readiness across transformation, project management, and technology dimensions.
  • Supporting enablement planning aligned to each customer’s business priorities.
  • Planning and guiding the delivery of targeted onboarding content and resources.
  • Communicating customer status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participating in and supporting customer enablement events as needed.
  • Continuously growing your knowledge of SAP SaaS ERP and sharing expertise across the team.
  • Collaborating closely with SAP sales and post-sales teams to ensure smooth customer handovers and alignment.
  • Driving knowledge sharing across S / 4HANA Public Cloud topics and fostering learning within the team.

What You Bring

  • Education : A completed university degree in business administration, economics, (business) engineering, or computer science—or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience : 2+ years in client-facing roles related to software implementation, post-sales account management, consulting, or sales. Experience with the GROW with SAP offering or in domains such as Finance, Logistics, or Technology is an asset.
  • Global Perspective : Experience working in international, cross-functional teams and across multiple software projects is a plus.
  • Solution Expertise : Familiarity with cloud solutions (preferably SAP). Functional knowledge of SAP SaaS ERP is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with a structured, creative approach to addressing customer needs and challenges. Solid understanding of onboarding from both strategic and operational angles.
  • Learning Mindset : High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and enthusiasm for continuous development and learning.
  • Communication : Comfortable presenting in both one-on-one and group settings. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in German is an advantage but not required.

    This role offers growth potential into delivery and orchestration leadership within the MEE region. You may also progress into more specialized roles in line of business process consulting, supporting preferred success services and customer adoption.
