Job Description

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

a) Develop, execute and control internal financial procedures, including authorization of expenditures, in accordance with Group procedures and policies

b) Ensures that the activities taking place in the factory are in compliance with Faurecia's financial procedures and the basics of internal control.

c) Leads all financial forecasting processes, monitors and analyzes variances between results and forecast / budget

d) Manages the reporting process ensuring compliance in terms of reliability, consistency, transparency and adherence to deadlines

e) Ensure the reliability of standard costing

f) Provides all necessary control analysis including variance analysis / standard costs, margin / schedules, factory budget control, savings management (squeeze management) and tracking of sales and purchase prices,...

g) Collaborates with the regional service center (shared service) to obtain / provide / validate appropriate financial information

h) Controls and manages the operational cash flow of the factory, especially the cash flow from investments, receivables, payables, capex, inventories, overdues

i) In collaboration with the Regional Service Center, provide all necessary information requested by internal and external auditors and other external local authorities.

k) Participates in the validation of the Business Plan and ensures the consistency and accuracy of the factory's financial data

l) Monitors the launch of the program and analyzes and determines variations from the last business plan

m) Participates in the post-audit program, is financially responsible in the follow-up of the convergence plan related to the factory activities

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • At least 7 years experience in the financial department
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
  • PC knowledge (MS Office)
  • SAP operating knowledge
  • Budget process management
  • Fluent in English
  • Higher education (financial field)
