Descrierea postuluiProfessional experience in ocean freight is preferred Fluency in written and verbal English (min. We are currently looking for :
Ocean Logistics Specialist
Location :
Preferable : Poland (Gdańsk / Gdynia / Kraków / Bydgoszcz), but we are flexible and will consider other EU locations where CANPACK has presence
Main responsibilities :
- Preparation of RFQs
- Freight analysis and reporting
- Ordering Multi-modal Transportation
- Reviewing the cost, processing invoices and related data on SAP and TMS
- Monitoring and following up with Forwarders, Carriers and ensuring shipments are on time
- Conducting the qualification and assessment process of external service providers,
- Addressing complaints and claims if any
- Be aware and report changes or trends on transport market cooperation with the Investment, Purchase, Sales, Customs and warehouses within the scope of delegated duties.
