Role DescriptionThe Workstream lead Central Migration team / Automation role will support the migration project from Windows 10 to Windows 11 to keep globally in the bank, the OS on a supported version.In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and execution of all migration activities related to the mentioned project. Key Responsibilities Oversight and reporting of migration related workstream Create and update the readiness tracker for migrations Manage RAID and resourcing requirements for the migration part of the project Identify and implement automation opportunities wherever possible for migration activities Act as a main point of contact for all Windows 11 migrations activitiesSkills & Qualifications Strong Project Management Skills, i.e, Planning, Mitigation, Risks etc Experience running similar technical projects in a global, enterprise-scale environment Excellent Relationship management skills Ability to confidently provide issue / escalation management End User experience of : Windows OS, Excel, Word, Access, Notes, Microsoft Projects, Visio, PowerPoint, Ms Teams, Jira, Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence Confidence to challenge priorities, decisions and strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWhy join us To build and lead a team that designs and implements the technology backbone of Deutsche Bank.
