Descrierea postuluiFamiliarity with HR performance processes such as performance reviews, and talent calibration. Deep understanding of the Performance Management module and its integration with Core HR, Performance Goals Management, Workforce Compensation and Talent Review modules. Ability to work with Fast Formulas and Security if required. Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Performance Management.
Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Implementation Expert - Implementation of Probation Document and Year End Performance Document - Senior Technical Application Specialist
You must be onsite 3 days per week with 2 days remote.

The tasks / activities will include :
- Work with HR stakeholders to understand performance management (TO BE processes such as Probation Performance Form, Year End Annual Review, Performance Calibration) and translate them into HCM system.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Performance Management module and (potentially)Talent Review module, including performance templates, review cycles, etc.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
