Our Digital Innovation Service team (DIS) acts as a think tank for digital innovation within the Menarini Group. We work closely with the Group's global and regional functions to optimize and rethink marketing and sales approaches.
As a Digital Channels Specialist (m / f / d), you will manage projects for our digital channels that offer real added value for our specialist departments and work with key internal and external partners. The aim is to keep your finger on the pulse and stimulate innovation for the Group.
These tasks inspire you
You are responsible for building a digital service portfolio within the group of companies (nationally and internationally)You derive innovative digital products, services and processes from our marketing and sales strategy and turn them into real game changers, especially for rollouts in the CEE regionYou will consolidate our digital vision, support the design of new services and projects and further develop our websites, social media, digital campaigns and newslettersTogether with key stakeholders, you will select digital solutions that make a difference - for our internal customers and the entire group of companiesYou develop guidelines and support our stakeholders in implementing best practices - always with the aim of creating digital excellenceYou use market research, competitive analysis and market conditions to evaluate new technologiesWhat sets you apart
Master's or diploma degree at a university, specializing in business administration, computer science or a comparable field of studyYou have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, in the development and implementation of digital strategies and customer-oriented servicesYou have knowledge and (design-related) experience, e.g. in social media, Google Analytics, HTML, CMS, XML, CSSYou implement projects with a lot of determination and have conceptual strength as well as the ability to moderate and involve peopleYou have an understanding of regulatory requirementsYour presentation and communication skills help you to convince management and leadership teams and create shared visionsYou are business fluent in German and English to ensure good (international) cooperationWhat you can look forward to
