Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Order to Cash Specialist in Bucharest!

The O2C Cash Specialist will be responsible of performing accurate BAU deliverables for the End markets with highest complexity. They will be working closely with the teams in GBS O2C and end market representatives, to ensure the best solution for each market is timely and effectively applied, proper support is offered for the team members, including, but not limited to, process documentation, issue resolution, process improvement, end market engagement, training / knowledge transfer and a solid control framework.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Perform BAU activities for high complexity End Markets;
• Support for TL for Controls / KPI review if needed;
• Back-up for TL (when OOO) for the following :
• BAU delivered on time when TL out of office
• Handle ad hoc requests from End Market / customers / other partners;
